Adoored FAQ

  • What is a composite door?

Composite doors have become the most popular front door installation in the UK and according to experts will dominate the industry for the years to come. They're designed with the downfalls of other door types in mind, in an effort to eliminate all weaknesses. Our composite doors are manufactured with a timber subframe filled with high density foam. This is coated with a GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) skin to ensure a strong, hardwearing and aesthetically pleasing finish.

  • What are the benefits of a composite door?

There are a number of benefits to choosing a composite door over the other options available. This includes excellent thermal efficiency, high levels of security and a long life expectancy. They look great too, with their GRP skin resembling real wood. At Adoored we have selected high quality fittings and provide you with a 10 year warranty.
